We have already told the story of Vibroacustica here on the blog, and now we are living our newest chapter: a new headquarters, with more than 600 m² and ample space for the development of our solutions.
In this article, we present the new spaces and some of the projects that are being developed.
Vibroacustica’s new headquarters
We are still in the city of Joinville, but now inside the Perini Business Park. This new space has more than 600 m² of built area, in spaces for tests, deposits, 3D design, prototyping, simulations, component designs, among other possibilities.
Here, we develop projects in several areas. Such as: instrumentation, simulations, design, prototyping and project development, among others.
In addition, we have dedicated spaces for visiting engineers and associates.
Visitors are representatives of our customers. They can accompany some processes – after all, one of our main goals is to transfer the intelligence generated with our actions.
Associate engineers are partners who participate in specific projects. They contribute with their expertise to increase the range of solutions offered by Vibroacustica.

Noise reduction for tires
Solutions for electric vehicle wheels, in which we are studying ways to reduce noise transmission through contact between the tire and the asphalt. And especially how to make the driving experience more pleasant for the vehicle occupants.
This is a very important point, as without the engines, tire noise is one of the main sources of electric vehicles’ noise.
Compressor solutions
We have developed a series of solutions for compressors. Some of them are the simulation of components and coordination of the production of prototypes. Our focus is always on maximum performance – such as the development of silent and lightweight compressors.
We also do component testing made with engineered polymers and reverse engineered designs. In such projects, we work with a wide range of simulations and numerical analyses. See the full list here!

The points highlighted in this text are just some of the works developed by us.
We work with a complete range of solutions in mechanical engineering and NVH. In addition to compressors and tests for electric vehicles, we already work with power generation, oil and gas industries, among others.
